Package and Product Design
This is just a taste of the packages and projects I’ve produced or been on the team that produced them.

Slot car set based on the iconic 1970s movie, "Smokey and the Bandit". Track design, concept, package design and car livery all executed by me.

This detailed, rustic Toyota is an exclusive with a never-before use of Shiny UV coating and flat varnish to help give the textural illusion of a rusty sign.

I was lucky enough to be the point person for this project. I walked the project through the licensing and production processes, and was responsible for accuracy and quality control with the factory.

A release of vehicles, for which I was responsible for the blister card packaging. The project was particularly tricky to design because of the number of brands and licensor changes required, but in the end the series was a hit.

A special release of slot cars, based on 3 famous Dodge Daytonas from the 1970s.

A very detailed 1:18 scale replica in a custom window box.


A terrific Speed Racer Slot Car set. Slot car sets are designed so the boxes can be used to store the parts when not in use.

Six different designs for the 1980 Toyota Land Cruiser casting, based on a 1980's theme. Note the photoshop work on the package.

This special collector edition was designed for a reseller, and I got to design a box and add figures in-scale. All contained in an encapsulated clamshell package with j-hook.

This Manga-styled car was such a hit that it sold out before we delivered. It also let to another...

...the deco for both of these was designed by hand, using an iPad and pencil to get just the right strokes to capture the Manga style. Notice the cartoon frame and unusual blister placement, working in to the theme.
